Got a special for y'all this week that should be a good 'en. Sloppy Joes on Cheddar Cheese Biscuits. So come give it a try at one of these spots this week from 11:30-2:00!

I know it has been awhile since I've posted a schedule.

So I hope this one is so great it make up for all the ones I skipped.

Got a couple of new items for y'all to try this week and give us your feedback

Trying out a Black Eyed Pea Pasta Salad with sun dried tomatoes, Swiss chard and smoked turkey (that's it in the pic above).

Also giving a Fried Chicken Salad a whirl. Buttermilk fried chicken is tossed in ranch dressing with fresh field greens, tomatoes, corn and roasted red peppers.

There won't be too many orders of either, so get your order in early!

Schedule for the week of 11/23

It might not appear to be an exciting photo. But it is a photo of peppers and garlic. Peppers and garlic are always exciting.

Let's try out a new creation this week. A hot veggie wrap, of sorts. We call it the Side Wrap. Paul created the side wrap in an attempt to make me eat my vegetables. It worked. And it was good. Really good. The side wrap is made up of 3, ironically enough, sides: hoppin' john (that's slow-cooked black-eyed peas with rice and fresh tomatoes, for all y'all who haven't tried it yet), collards and veggie gumbo rolled up in a flour tortilla. We could even throw some sour cream on it for those of y'all who really wanna get busy with it.

Come on down to one of these places and try it. And feel free to suggest a name for it.
